Educational:
To establish, maintain, manage & control an Educational Institute for imparting education in all branches with special focus on Management, Entrepreneurship development, Computers, Information Technology, Bio Technology, Environmental engineering, Bio medics.
To impart vocational training, training in entrepreneurship development, enterprise management, skill upgradation, etc. with a view to promote self employment among educated/uneducated unemployed youth (with special focus on economically backward classes and women), existing and new entrepreneurs, improve efficiency and productivity of employees of various organisations.
To provide, establish endow, maintain, control, and manage educational institutions/training centres, such as English and Marathi medium schools, institutions/training centres for engineering, medical, architecture, computer, life sciences, sports, etc. and to do all such activities and things necessary and conducive to the promotion of secular education in the above said schools, institutions, centres from pre-primary to post-doctoral level, and for this purpose to start, establish, acquire, conduct, maintain and manage branch schools, reading rooms, libraries, laboratories, gymnasiums, hostels and the like in order to train children to be ideal citizens of India.
To provide, establish, endow, maintain, control and manage, Hi-Tech; Educational Institutes such as Computer education, Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation in Software and Information Technology, Interactive education through Internet Cable Operations, satellite or any other mode of transmission. And institutions of higher learning in computer information, science and technology, life sciences with emphasis on biotechnology, environmental science, agriculture bio-technology, energy studies, material science, management and finance, etc. with entrepreneurship bias as a built-in Component.
ENERGY CONSERVATION & POLLUTION CONTROL
To promote energy conservation through Energy Audit and usage of non-conventional energy sources, and promote clean and green environment through industrial/civil waste management and Pollution Control measures, assisting industry, local, State and Central authorities in combating the menace of pollution through education, monitoring and application of latest technologies.
To look into all aspects of Urban Solid Waste Management
Under the broader subject of "Environment Protection and Pollution Control," to make in-depth study of the existing/proposed legislations such as the "Biodiversity Act" and "The Geographical Indicators Act" and to offer suggestions to the Central Government Environment Protection Committees, Non Government Social Organizations working in the fields and any such Committees appointed by the State Government and/or Social Organisations, who have been entrusted such work by the State/Central Government.
